Paula has a B.S. in Environmental Studies with a concentration in US Fish and Wildlife, and an MS in Environmental Policy & Management from American Public University System.

Recently, she has received a certificate from The National Society of Leadership and Success!

She was raised in upstate New York and moved to Vero Beach in 2009 where she now lives with her husband.

When she is not at work she enjoys birding, volunteering, reading, conducting research and enjoying nature!
