Robert Siedlecki, Jr.
Robert “Rob” Siedlecki, Jr., concentrates his practice in corporate law, estate planning including wills and trusts, as well as powers of attorney and living wills and heath care directives, government law, real estate law including contract review and closing and title insurance services, and probate and estate administration services including ancillary administration.
Prior to joining the firm, Rob practiced law at private law firms and served as General Counsel at the International Organization for the Family and Limousines of South Florida. In addition, Rob has held leadership positions in state and local governments, including as Senior Counsel at the Task Force for Faith-Based and Community Initiatives at the U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Director of the Office of Policy, Planning, and Programs of the Bureau of Global Health at the U.S. Agency for International Development, Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary for Children and Families at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Secretary of the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services, Chief of Staff of the Florida Department of Health, and Assistant Secretary for Substance Abuse and Mental Health at the Florida Department of Children and Families.
Rob is also an elected Supervisor of the Tradition Community Development District in Port St. Lucie and a board member of the National Fatherhood Initiative.
Rob earned his BA Slavic Languages and Literature (magna cum laude) in 1991 from Harvard University and earned his JD from Cornell University in 1995. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York.
