Ms. Peshke concentrates her practice in the areas of law including: estate planning, including preparation of wills and trusts, as well as powers of attorney and living wills and health care directives, special needs estate planning, special needs trusts, probate and trust administration services including ancillary administration, guardianship law including voluntary guardianships and guardianship advocacy filings, real estate law including contract review and closing and title insurance services, condominium and homeowner’s association law, corporate law including business entity formation, and buy-sell transactions including asset sales and purchases, and franchise work and government law including knowledge of the Sunshine Law and Public Records Act, public health and healthcare law including assisting physicians with buying and selling practices, and assisting physicians with retirement and the sale or closure of a practice, as well as physician employment and contract review matters.
Ms. Peshke hales from the Midwest and is originally from Toledo, Ohio where she earned her BA in English with a Minor in Political Science in 2002 from Miami University, Ohio, and earned her JD from The University of Toledo College of Law in 2005 while participating in one of the College of Law’s Joint Degree programs enabling Ms. Peshke to receive a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) in 2005 along with her law degree. While at the University of Toledo, Ms. Peshke was an active member of Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity International, and she served as a two-year Board Member of the College of Law’s Moot Court Team where she was a semi-finalist in the Herbert J. Weschler National Criminal Law Moot Court Competition in Buffalo, New York.
Ms. Peshke has lived, worked, and served in Indian River County and is proud to call Vero Beach, Florida her home since 2005. Ms. Peshke is an active member of the greater Indian River County community and is proud to have served as a past member of the Board of the United Way of Indian River County, she has also served as a past member of the board for Youth Guidance of Indian River County, she is a past member of The Exchange Club of Vero Beach, and she currently serves on the board of Childcare Resources of Indian River County and is the immediate Past-Board Chair, currently serving on the board as the board’s Governance Committee Chair. Ms. Peshke was also recently honored to be appointed to the board of Impact 100 of Indian River County where she is also chairing the Impact 100 Board’s Governance Committee. Ms. Peshke also serves on the Governance committee for the United Way of Indian River County and is actively involved as a Sustaining member of the Junior Leauge of Indian River County.
