Dana McNally is a seasoned attorney with fifteen years of diverse legal experience. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Jennifer D. Peshke, Mrs. McNally served as Director of Contracts in the aerospace and defense sector. In that role, she managed the full lifecycle of complex commercial, international, and government contracts, supporting advanced space and satellite programs with a total valuation exceeding $1 billion. She also spent a significant portion of her early career focusing on civil and commercial litigation, with practice areas including contract law, employment discrimination, insurance litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, premises liability, and construction litigation.

Mrs. McNally has represented clients in both state and federal court and is recognized for her detail-oriented and results-driven approach. She has successfully drafted, negotiated, and closed contracts and business deals valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars, overseeing all phases from inception to completion.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University in 2007 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2010. Originally from Geneva, New York, Ms. McNally has been a Florida resident since 2007 and has lived in Vero Beach with her husband, a local business owner, since 2016. They have two children and are proud to be active members of the Vero Beach community. Outside of her legal practice, Mrs. McNally enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
