Dana McNally is a partner at the Law Offices of Jennifer D. Peshke, P.A., where she advises individuals, families, and business owners throughout the Treasure Coast on estate planning, business transactions, and real estate matters. Drawing on a unique combination of private practice, litigation, and in-house corporate experience, Dana provides practical legal counsel designed to protect assets, minimize risk, and achieve her clients’ long-term objectives.

Dana’s estate planning practice focuses on helping clients protect their families, preserve and transfer wealth efficiently, and implement comprehensive estate plans tailored to their unique goals. She regularly advises clients on special needs planning and other complex family considerations, ensuring that their plans are thoughtfully designed and properly implemented to provide lasting security and peace of mind for both clients and their loved ones.

In her business practice, Dana serves as trusted counsel advising on contracts, governance matters, risk management, and the wide range of legal issues that arise in day-to-day operations.  She represents buyers and sellers in business acquisitions and asset purchase transactions, guiding clients through every phase of the deal, from due diligence and negotiation through closing. Her experience negotiating and structuring complex agreements allows her to help clients protect their interests while advancing their business goals.

Dana also advises clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions. As a licensed Florida Title Insurance Agent, she provides clients with valuable insight into title, closing, and transactional matters, helping ensure efficient and successful closings.

Prior to joining the firm, Dana spent eight years with a leading aerospace and defense company, where she advanced to the position of Director of Contracts. In that role, she negotiated and managed complex commercial, international, and government contracts with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion. Earlier in her career, Dana practiced as a civil litigator in West Palm Beach, representing individuals, businesses, and governmental entities in state and federal courts. Her litigation background informs her transactional practice, allowing her to anticipate potential disputes and draft agreements that are both practical and enforceable.

Dana earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and graduated with honors from Wake Forest University. She is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Originally from Geneva, New York, Dana has called Vero Beach home since 2016. She is a member of Impact100 Indian River County, served as a Loaned Executive with the United Way of Indian River County, and is a member of the Indian River County Bar Association. She lives in Vero Beach with her husband, Austin, a local business owner, and their two children. Outside of her legal practice, Dana enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
