Alie DeTardo is an attorney with the Law Offices of Jennifer D. Peshke, where she assists clients across the firm’s practice areas, with a particular passion for transactional law. She brings a strong academic foundation, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for supporting clients through complex legal matters.

Ms. DeTardo earned her Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, graduating cum laude, and received her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law. While in law school, she distinguished herself academically, earning CALI Awards in Contracts and Torts. She was selected to serve as a Contracts Teaching Fellow, reflecting her strong command of foundational legal principles and her ability to work collaboratively in an academic setting.

Ms. DeTardo was also selected for the school’s Transactional Law Team, where she served as Application Chair. As a member of the team, she traveled to compete in the Wayne State Taft Transactional Law Invitational, where her team placed second for its buyer-side draft. Through this experience, Ms. DeTardo developed practical skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and transactional strategy.

Originally from Winter Park, Florida, Ms. DeTardo is excited to begin her legal career in Vero Beach and to serve the local community. Outside of the practice of law, she enjoys spending time with her family and being at the beach or on the water.
