Ms. Peshke concentrates her practice in the areas of law including: estate planning, including preparation of wills and trusts, as well as powers of attorney and living wills and health care directives, special needs estate planning, special needs trusts, probate and trust administration services including ancillary administration, guardianship law including voluntary guardianships and guardianship advocacy filings, real estate law including contract review and closing and title insurance services, corporate law including business entity formation, and buy-sell transactions including asset sales and purchases, and franchise work and government law representing local government boards and/or local municipalities including Special Magistrate Services, and knowledge of the Sunshine Law and Public Records Act.
Ms. Peshke hales from the Midwest and is originally from Toledo, Ohio where she earned her BA in English with a Minor in Political Science in 2002 from Miami University, Ohio. She then went on to earn her JD from The University of Toledo College of Law in 2005 while participating in one of the College of Law’s Joint Degree programs enabling Ms. Peshke to receive a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) in 2005 along with her law degree. While at the University of Toledo, Ms. Peshke was an active member of Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity International, and she served as a two-year Board Member of the College of Law’s Moot Court Team where she was a semi-finalist in the Herbert J. Weschler National Criminal Law Moot Court Competition in Buffalo, New York.
Ms. Peshke has lived, worked, and served in Indian River County and is proud to call Vero Beach, Florida her home since 2005. Ms. Peshke is an active member of the greater Indian River County community and is proud to serving as a current board member of Impact 100 where she supports the work of the Sponsorship Committee and Governance Committee. Ms. Peshke is also a current board member for Childcare Resources of Indian River County where she is the incoming Board Chair, and currently serves as the Governance Chair. Ms. Peshke is also proud to currently serve as an Advisory Committee member for the Environmental Learning Center, and she is a current Ambassador for the American Cancer Society, serving on the Denim & Diamonds Gala Committee. Ms. Peshke also serves on the Governance committee for the United Way of Indian River County and is actively involved as a Sustaining member of the Junior League of Indian River County. Ms. Peshke is a former board member and still heavily involved with the United Way of Indian River County, as well as Youth Guidance. The Firm proudly maintains an employee work place campaign to support the United Way of Indian River County each Fall and the Firm also proudly sponsors various community events for all of the organizations Ms. Peshke currently volunteers her time with or has volunteered her time with in the past.
