Caroline Mockler

Caroline Mockler is an Associate Attorney with the Firm. Ms. Mockler brings a wealth
of experience with a general civil practice background. At the Law Offices of Jennifer D.
Peshke, P.A. Ms. Mockler’s practice is focused on estate planning advice including wills,
trusts, healthcare directives and powers of attorney along with , corporate law, including
business formation, state and local governmental law, guardianship law, real estate law,
and condominium and homeowner’s association law.

Ms. Mockler grew up in Vero Beach and graduated from Vero Beach High School. She
went on to attend the University of South Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of
Arts degree in Art History. While keeping art history and studio art as hobbies, Caroline
ultimately decided to pursue a legal career, and earned her Juris Doctorate degree from
the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Mockler was a
member of the Florida Journal of International Law, Business Moot Court Team, and
Association of Public Interest Law. She was the recipient of the Best Corporate
Appellate Brief in the Ruby R. Vale Moot Court Competition and received her Certificate
of Family Law upon graduation.

After obtaining her Florida Bar license, Caroline worked for the Department of Children
and Families for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, where she litigated
dependency cases involving child abuse, abandonment, and neglect. She then served
as a law clerk for the judiciary of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.

Ms. Mockler gained experience in civil litigation while working for a state-wide insurance
defense firm in Tampa. There, she represented a multitude of insurance carriers
litigating property loss disputes and coverage matters before moving back to Vero
Beach, where she practiced civil litigation at a local plaintiff’s firm.
In her free time, Caroline enjoys baking, the visual arts, and spending time with her
family and two dogs.
